Scope

These terms apply to the MXpeek macOS application and this Compliance Site. MXpeek is made available only to a small, personal, noncommercial, invitation-only tester group. No public application download, sale, subscription, or service account is offered here.

Permitted use

You may use an authentic MXpeek build privately to view one Connected Gmail Account through MXpeek's read-only interface. You remain responsible for your Google Account, Mac, backups, and compliance with Google's terms. Do not attempt to expand MXpeek into a service for other people, bypass its security boundaries, or use it to access an account without authorization.

Product boundaries

MXpeek reads and locally processes the newest 100 individual Inbox Messages. It does not send mail, change Gmail state, download attachments, operate an MXpeek server, or provide a webmail client. Gmail remains authoritative; MXpeek's Local Mail Store is a bounded local projection rather than an independent mailbox or archive.

Pre-release status

MXpeek is pre-release software and may contain errors or lose Local Mail Store data. Availability, synchronization, and Google authorization can change or stop. Keep information you need in Gmail and use Google's export tools for a portable copy. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MXpeek is provided without warranties beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy and Google data

The Privacy Policy, Limited Use statement, and data-management guidance form part of these terms. MXpeek's access to Google data must remain within those disclosed practices.

Ending use

You can stop using MXpeek at any time. Before removing the application, use Sign Out & Delete Local Data. If you also want to stop Google's authorization, follow the revocation steps; revocation by itself does not erase local MXpeek data.
