Google API Limited Use
Google data is used only to provide MXpeek's visible read-only Inbox, local search, synchronization, and offline-reading features on your Mac.

Limited Use statement
MXpeek's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How MXpeek applies Limited Use
- MXpeek uses Gmail-derived data only for its user-facing list, detail, literal local search, synchronization, and offline-reading features.
- MXpeek does not transfer Gmail-derived data to an MXpeek server or this Compliance Site.
- The developer and support staff have no access to the Local Mail Store or Gmail credentials.
- MXpeek does not use Gmail-derived data for advertising, profiling, credit decisions, or generalized artificial-intelligence model training.
- MXpeek does not sell Gmail-derived data.
Human access
MXpeek does not provide ordinary human access to Google user data. The application has no server-side administration or support-export path. Any exceptional disclosure compelled by applicable law remains limited by the Google policies and the law; it is not part of MXpeek's product operation.
