Support is available by email. This site deliberately has no contact form or support upload because MXpeek should not create another Gmail-data collection path.

Keep Gmail data out of support email

Please do not send message bodies, screenshots of messages, Gmail addresses, message identifiers, OAuth tokens, database keys, Local Mail Store files, search terms, or other Gmail-derived data. Support staff cannot access your Local Mail Store and do not need Gmail content to receive a problem report.

Useful non-sensitive details

  • the MXpeek version shown in the application;
  • your macOS version;
  • the exact redacted error category displayed by MXpeek;
  • whether the problem happens while offline or online; and
  • the steps that lead to the problem, without Connected Gmail Account identity or Inbox Message details.

MXpeek is shared privately with invited testers. This site does not host or link an application binary. Support cannot provide a public download URL.
